I present to you the first t-shirt purchased since the end of last year’s project. This little mustache man was created by Marcus Oakley for Uniqlo.
Uniqlo is a clothing retailer based in Japan. I was lucky enough to step into their larger than life SOHO store back in November and needless to say, the selection of awesome shirts brought me out of my shopping slump. Great design, by a respected artist, and it was only $15 bucks. Overall, great quality fabric, nice printing, and a little tag detail.

Wow. The 365 shirts project came and went quite fast, and it’s safe to say that I lost my passion for posting. However, after receiving quite a few emails from some loyal readers I’ve decided to resurrect 365 shirts and it’s t-shirt lovin’ ways. From time to time I’ll be posting about recent t-shirt purchases, where to shop for cool shirts (for the best price), reader submitted shirts, and anything else that’s cool and t-shirt related.

Hey everyone! After 366 days of blogging fury I took a well deserved vacation. I definitely needed to recharge and rekindle some of my creative energy. I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about my next long term project, and It’s safe to say that I will carry on the spirit of 365 shirts. I’ll post more info soon. It’s going to be charitable, involve kids , clothes and design. Stay Tuned…

Hopefully the colorful gradient filled text says it all. I’m very thankful for all of the support that I have received over the last year. Thanks to those who wrote me emails, donated shirts, commented, contributed money and just “tuned in.”
Even though I may wake up tomorrow and wear a different shirt to celebrate the leap year, I feel like there is plenty to celebrate today. I stuck to the mission of this blog, to wear 365 shirts over the course of one year, blog about it, and raise some money for Alzheimer’s research.
