Day Three - Whale Tail

Wednesday, June 20th, 2007

Well hello day three! Today feels like a good day, my mood was almost ruined, but I quickly bounced back. A good mix on the ole’ Ipod Shuffle can cure almost any sour mood.

I’m also siked on the responses I’ve received so far, thanks for checking in and leaving comments. A few people did pose a couple questions which I will try to answer right now…

1) Yes I will wear a shirt that you send me, and I do have a choice. However if its not extremely offensive (no racist, no drug references, no pornography [unless he or she is extremely hot], ok NO porno altogether) I’ll probably sport it.

2) While I do agree thongs would have been a great idea, I have to clear up a couple issues with Dan D’s comment. A) I don’t really own 365 thongs, and while yes it would have been more provocative, it would have been a sight many of you would not want to see. B) Man flesh is always funny, I don’t care who you are.

Now for today’s shirt! This Smurf colored shirt was something that I designed for the band Hurricane Pronto out of Roanoke, Va. I usually try to keep it simple when making shirts, but this large print ended up being 4 colors. Thank god Greg of Press Press Merch is a master printer. I’ll being wearing many more shirts printed by Greg!

So that’s all for today. I have a feeling its going to be a t-shirt week.

Day Two

Tuesday, June 19th, 2007

So after day one I realized this may be harder than I think it is. Not only do I need to plan out what shirt to wear daily, I have to actually keep track of events and meetings now. Thank god majority of my time is spent in the Tilt Studio offices. One positive, Less laundry to do.

Ok so now for today’s shirt. I don’t really know why I bought this Paul Frank tee…Maybe because it pokes funs at our neighbors to the north? Not in love with it really, and as a matter of fact I haven’t sported it in a long time. So say goodbye to this one, We won’t be seeing it for another year.

Also I started building a real blog for this. Should be a little more customized and up within the next couple days.

What will I wear tomorrow?

Day One

Monday, June 18th, 2007

So for the next 364 days I will be wearing a different shirt everyday. After a recent move I realized that I had a lot of shirts (t-shirts, polo shirts, long sleeve shirts, button down shirts, and any other kind of shirt you can name…yes even sleeveless), which sparked this idea of wearing a different shirt everyday.

Today I wore a pink and gray striped shirt from Hollister. Yes, Hollister. I know it’s a lame store, but hey I can’t pass on a good set of stripes. I’m sure many of you have your opinions on the fit of the shirt, yes it’s a little tight, but that’s how I usually roll. Nevermind those extra pounds I’ve packed on over the past year… Anywho. Day One. Pink and Gray Stripes from Hollister.
