Day Thirty Four - Neck Face

Saturday, July 21st, 2007

I’m going to keep it simple today…My sweet UARM Neckface shirt that I picked up at Giant Robot in San Fran. Definitely one of the best trips that I’ve made, and still a city that I would consider living in, besides Baltimore. Anyway, when I was in the store I had my O’s ball cap on and the dude working there was all excited because he was from the same neighborhood back in Baltimore as me. It was crazy like that out there. Everywhere Chris and myself went we heard another Baltimore story. Great People, Great city…Great shirt. I definitely got some weird looks from people in LAX when I was sporting this shirt on the way home. I guess they thought I had a crazy vampire devil tounge too.

Day Thirty Three - Freitag

Friday, July 20th, 2007

Whoop Whoop! I love Fridays! Anyway short and sweet today. I’m wearing a sweet Channels t-shirt. In my very short lived music career I was lucky enough to share the stage with this band at the Talking Head in Baltimore. To this day I still believe this was the best show we ever played, and sharing the stage with a Indie Rock Icon like J.Robbins was definitely a major highlight. Please check out the channels site and surf into the Blog about J’s son Callum. J and his wife Janet have a young son (Callum) who is suffering from SMA, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, which is currently incurable and virtually untreatable.

Day Thirty Two - Flower Power

Thursday, July 19th, 2007

How’s it hanging? I’m going to keep today’s post short and sweet. I don’t really own too many pieces of clothing by Diesel, but I was pretty fond of this print when I saw it two years ago. Yeah the shirt is a little tight, especially the sleeves, but I still think its a good purchase. I like the fact that I’m not beat over the head by the brand name on the shirt, it’s there but atleast the type treatment really makes it something more graphical instead of a huge brand name across my chest. Plus its got three stars, thats always a plus…

Anyway, I’m glad a lot of you checked out the Zach Sowers site, if you are interested in the Neighbors Night Out on August 5th, let me know. I plan on participating for a little bit.

Day Thirty One - I can’t stay mad…

Wednesday, July 18th, 2007

After waking up an hour before I usually do, and driving an hour round trip I have come to the conclusion that Service Departments of Car Dealers really annoy me. I have a simple problem, my disk changer in my car no longer works…I call service…they say bring it in, which I do, and then after 5 minutes they tell me yup it’s broke, we got all the info we need…We’ll order you a new one and you’ll have to come back…Surely, they could have gotten enough info over the phone and ordered me that same stereo…no? Whatev, They definitely have somethings to work on

So that’s what I put on my tough guy angry face today. Eat your heart out Billy Idol…Anyway I’m wearing the only other Hollister shirt that I own today, and yes it is inside out. I bought it because I like the type treatment, and how it bled through the shirt…I don’t think I have actually ever wore it on the correct side. Oh well, It makes the shirt a bit more interesting….

Notice I added a new link to my friends section. Zach Sowers is a guy that a friend knows. I never meet the guy, but you don’t want to hear about anything like this happening to anyone. He is currently in a coma after a brutal attack, and robbery right near his house in Patterson Park. I wish nothing but the best to his family, and he will most certainly be in my prayers.

Day Thirty - Tu Tu Tuesday

Tuesday, July 17th, 2007

It’s going to be a good Tuesday…I can feel it. Well as soon as I wake up, anyway. Hopefully a couple cups of coffee will do the trick.

Anyway, No major updates from me today. Just this sweet Aurchitect Guitars T-Shirt that I got from Aaron down in Roanoke. Aurchitect hand builds and repairs guitars in VA. They fixed my SG and wired up some crazy new pickup arrangement which is out of control. If you have guitar or amp needs, or want some kind of crazy monster guitar constructed Aaron will do it for you. He is a musical mastermind. Oh yeah, I made the logo for him…Check them out Aurchitect
