Day One Hundred and Sixty Five - December Dance Craze…

Friday, November 30th, 2007

It’s almost that time of year again. You know, Holiday Party season…Time after time I’ve seen Holiday Parties turn into Dance Parties, and I must say I am anticipating that first dance move. Will “Sking it” be the move of the year again? Is there something new? As you can see in my picture I have my “ski poles” ready…If you were at my holiday party last year you’d know that a small group of people made the kitchen floor a dance floor and that night the “Skier” dance was born.

This old Toy Machine Skateboards shirt is a blast from the past. I actually found it in my old clothes bin…Anyway, I used to wear this shirt all the time, because I was skateboarding all of the time. I loved Toy Machine and their team, especially Ed Templeton. This shirt isn’t too wearable these days, but it does bring back good memories!

Day One Hundred and Sixty Four - Oldies

The old gold Isis shirt. I got this when Isis performed at Fletcher’s in Bmore atleast 5-6 years ago (maybe longer). I knew I had to have this shirt when I saw the gold fleck ink on the front. The shirt may be a little big and oddy shaped, but the ink itself is so awesome that I gotta keep it in the collection. Oh yeah, Isis wasn’t a bad “prog/ambient” band either.

Jessica M. Pegorsch was nice enough to present me with a shirt from her favorite Milwaukee Mexican restaurant, Botanas. I don’t really know anything about Milwaukee, or the restaurant, but I do know Jess. She is a partner at Tilt, and loves making art. Check out her newly designed site, made by yours truly, with some coding by dustin pfeifer.

Day One Hundred and Sixty Two - Hummingbirds

Tuesday, November 27th, 2007

Today’s shirt is the only Tea and Crumpets shirt for guys that I’ve never worn. The Hummingbird shirt, created by Dustin Pfeifer, was originally intended for girls only. However we had a large demand for guys versions so here it is. Let’s just say I’m going to stick to manlier prints…However you can’t deny this shirt, it’s been one of T&C’s best sellers for a long time! Watch out for new T&C shirts soon…
