Day One Hundred and Sixty - The Baltimore Hustle

Monday, November 26th, 2007

Back to the Baltimore Hustle…What a great couple days off. Anyway it’s back to the hustle tomorrow and now we’re all just working towards Christmas. I have a feeling it’s going to be a hectic next couple of weeks.

Most athletic brands make poor to mediocre graphic tee shirts, and when they actually do make a well designed shirt it’s pretty expensive (check out Nike White Label). Today’s shirt by Reebok is not only well designed, it was very affordable. I can’t say that I have ever really been in to Reebok gear, but I really like this “Classic” shirt. It has a really nice stitching outline to make up the points of the star, and a nice Reebok Classic patch sewn on the bottom of the shirt. It’s good to see a mixture of screenprinting and embroidery to make up the graphic. It’s good to mix things up every once in a while. Reebok, you have my attention.

Day One Hundred and Fifty Nine- Going to the Woods

Saturday, November 24th, 2007

On my way to West Virginia. Good thing I have this Element “forest shirt” on… I’ll give an update this afternoon.

So after three hours of driving, bathroom breaks, a major detour, and getting pulled over by WVA state police we arrived and had a rather fun night. Lots of good food and some major action and the indoor sports complex. More to report tomorrow. Hopefully pictures too!

Dustin and Jared did some quality wrestling. Happy Birthday Jared

Day One Hundred and Fifty Eight - Friday Fun

Saturday, November 24th, 2007

Marker shirt part two! I actually found this in a box today. This shirt was apart of a team building exercise I had to come up with for one of Tilt’s first meetings. Why not give everyone a blank shirt and a marker, and write one word that summed up your mission with the team. Mine was to grow, not only as a team, but as an individual designer. I really feel like this last, almost, year has been a really great ride so far, and I’ve had the chance to really grow in skill, knowledge and with a tight nit team…Tomorrow’s shirt, will not be a hand drawn Sharpie T-Shirt…

Day One Hundred and Fifty Seven - Gobble Gobble

What’s Good Family? Today’s blog is dedicated to all things Thanksgiving. From Full Bellies (check) to Family Fun, Sauerkraut to Stories about my brother reading “Goldberg” autobiographies. Fun filled day for sure. So fun, infact, that I drew up this sweet Turkey shirt. I wanted it to say “Hey Turkey” as if the Turkey itself were calling you, the viewer, a Turkey, but I decided against it. It’s a family holiday. I’ll call you names tomorrow.

Day One Hundred and Fifty Six - Thanksgiving Eve

Wednesday, November 21st, 2007

Happy Thanksgiving Eve everyone! Today’s shirt is made by Element and well is quite bold. I like the color combo and the feel of the shirt. It’s a super comfortable, but abnormally long, dark gray Tee. I dig the print but, the ink is really really heavy. It is what it is! Have a good thanksgiving everyone!
