Day One Hundred and Thirty Two -

Another Shop Gentei shirt. This is their latest shop offering. I just picked it up to wear today….Did anyone go to the Leopard Launch Party at Apple last night? Got myself a nice tee from them too!

Day One Hundred and Twenty Nine - Goodwill Hunting

Wednesday, October 24th, 2007

No not the Affleck/Damon duo…I’m talking about the store. Today’s shirt was purchased from the new Goodwill Store on Joppa Rd. in Parkville. Check it out if you can. They have an ok selection of shirts and a limited selection of housewares. But if you’re out doing a little thrift store shopping you can hit the GW then pop right across the street to Salvation Army. They really both have a mediocre mix of shirts, if you’re looking for a wide variety I suggest Value Village, or something a little more down and dirty.

Anyway, I like this shirt even though I’ve never been into Futbol. Something about the size and style of the type, and size of the image that makes it feel a little more Street…

Day Ninety Nine - Flash Back

Monday, September 24th, 2007

Happy Monday everyone!

We are nearing day 100 here at 365 Shirts! It’s hard to believe that I have already worn 99 different t-shirts. I plan on waking up extra early tomorrow to put together a very entertaining blog…I wish I had the time to make a cheesy slide show or something…Anyway, Today’s shirt is a old Silverstar shirt that I picked up at the old skate store Reach for the Beach. I think I’ve had this shirt since I was 17, and I still love the simple design and faded navy blue color. I remember shredding the Parkville shopping center on my skateboard while sporting this shirt…Oh the memories.

Day Eighty Six - Shop Gentei

Tuesday, September 11th, 2007

Today’s shirt is from the super rad Baltimore Shop Gentei. When I saw that they had their new “Gator” styled shop shirt in stock I had to get it. Not only did I ride vision skateboards throughout the 80s, I always loved this particular Vision Gator design. Great Shirt! I can’t wait to see what their next store layout and shirt looks like…

If you ever need anything for your skateboard, or Fixed Gear, Gentei is definitely the place to hit. They have lots of custom components and hard to find gear from Japan. They also have a sweet jump drive bracelet. Too bad it doesn’t come in a 2 gig version. Seriously go check it out.

I also wanted to say thanks to Anna Sowers for her great comment on Sunday’s blog about Zach. Please check out his blog, and support his family! Zach Sowers
